Inspect concrete batching equipment before running

Although the application of concrete batching equipment is different from concrete mixer that can work to produce concrete. But the concrete batching machine is very important for concrete batching plant.
Inspection work for concrete batching equipment need to do are the following:
1.Concrete batching machine is installed, mounted on the sensor, remove the weighing hopper fixed bolt, so that the weighing hopper is in normal working condition.
2.Check the transmission part whether is flexible, the connecting parts of bolts are loose.
3.According to the "batching controller instruction" The electrical wiring installation shall be according to the specific instruction, including: concrete batching machine main power cable and various motor cable, cable and remote cable sensor.
