When cleaning the the feeding hopper of concrete batching plant, users should avoid the blocking which is caused by the foreign matters in the upper parts. If the concrete coagulate, eliminate manually in time. Before cleaning the mixing drum manually, cut off the power and lock the control room. When cleaning the mixing drum manually, it is forbidden to knock the mixing shaft, mixing arm and mixing blade.It is necessary to wash and clean the main engine of concrete batching plant at least once every operating period. Every day, after finishing working, the main engine of concrete batching plant must be cleaned and washed comprehensively.
