The sewage treatment equipments of batching plant include concrete truck unloading water chute, sand separator, sewage tank, agitator, sewage pond clarifier, conveying pump etc. The system should have four sewage pools, three clarify pool. Four sewage tanks are all equipped with surface protective railing and agitator. What's more, No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 sewage tank is provided with a mud pump; No. 2, No. 4, sewage tank is provided with a liquid level gauge; each of three clarify pools has a sewage pump. Periodic rotation of the agitator in the water tank makes the water quality maintained uniform. Each pool is arranged according to a certain order, the overflow pipeline under the sink is communicated with each other. And the water pump is connected on the surface, when the water is short in the pool, there is a forward replenishment through the pump, and keeps the water stable. When the water is excessive in the pool, there will be a backward reflux through the overflow pipe, and make the water be clarified during the reflow process. The water supplement of No. 3 clarify pool need to use the water content in the clear pool, automatic water supplement is through the control system of the tube water level.
The sewage of concrete batching plant has a drain transformation, the project sewage is guided into the sedimentation tank, and then the water pump will pump the sewage in the pool back to the water circulation system, the water in the water in clarification pool can also be used to wash the vehicle appearance or ground and various uses, the sewage formed can go back in the sedimentation tank through the drainage ditch. The whole site sewage will get a full use, and realizes the environmental protection and make the best of resource.
