2. After operating the concrete mixer for a whole day, operating personnel should eliminate the collecting dust inside and outside the mixing drum and the residue on the discharging mouth, mixing shaft and discharging door. Use water to wash these parts. If necessary, add some water and stones into mixing drum to mix for ten minutes and then pour them out.
3. Use water to wash the truck, additive box and the supply system. These are what users should do after concrete mixer operates for one day. In the winter, after using concrete mixer, release the water and remaining materials in the water pump, additive pump, water tank and additive tank. In the cold winter, in order to avoid damaging the pump and pipeline, start the water pump and additive pump and make it run for about one minute.
