Before starting the concrete mixer, check whether there is bruised phenomenon during the rotation of mixing drum of concrete mixer. If necessary, make a adjustment in time;Before using the concrete mixer, add some engine oil to the reducer box, discharging worm wheel and sliding bearing;Eliminate the mixture in the charging barrel, lock the cylinder limiting device firmly and then start the concrete mixer. If finding the operation does not conform to the requirements after starting the concrete mixer, cut down the power supply and start the concrete mixer machine again;Feed the materials of concrete mixer into charging barrel, close the cylinder cover and then adjust the time of time relay according to the mixing time of concrete mixer;Press the start button, the main shaft will drive the mixing shovel to work;When cleaning the concrete mixer, pour water into the charging barrel and make the main shaft rotate to eliminate the remaining materials in the charging barrel. It is all right to clean the concrete mixer with sands.
