Matters needing attention when cleaning the concrete mixer

Before starting the concrete mixer, users should check all controllers whether they are in good condition. After shutting down the machine, add some water and stones into the mixing drum, clean the mixing drum for 10 to 15 minutes and then pour them out. If operators must enter into the mixing drum to clean it, operators should cut down the power supply and lock the switch box well.

It is forbidden to use sledge hammer to eliminate the residual concrete on the mixing drum. Users can use chisel to clean the concrete.
In the cold season, the water in the water pump, water tank and water pipe should be released completely in order to prevent the frost damage when cleaning the concrete mixer with water.
