Operating Procedure of Haomei Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer

Before starting the twin shaft concrete mixer, check whether there is bruised phenomenon between the rotating pars and the mixing drum firstly. If so, adjust it in time.
Clean the sundries in the mixing drum.After the mixing drum is limited, operators can start the concrete mixer.The rotating direction of mixing shaft should be consistent with the mark of cylinder face.Eliminate the metal and other sundries in the stored materials.
Adjust the timing of concrete mixer according to mixing time and the adjustment should be done when cutting down power supply.Press the rising button and the mixing spade will rotate which is driven by main shaft.Shut down the concrete mixer automatically when it arrives the setting time.
When discharging materials, shut down the concrete mixer firstly. Open the pin, move the handle to make the charging barrel rotate to a certain place, lock the pin to locate the rotating main shaft and discharge the mixture out of the charging barrel.
After discharging mixture, reset the barrel manually and locate the pin of the mixing drum.When cleaning the mixing drum, pour water into mixing drum and clean it by the rotation of main shaft. Or clean the mixing drum with dry sand.
