Maintenance Matters for JS Series Concrete Mixer

1.Check if the seal chamber of shaft, import and export of distributor and the seal pipe are smooth, and check whether there is enough lubricant oil in every lubricating point and the gear box or not.
2.Check whether the oil in electric lubricating pump is used up or not. If it is going to be empty, add oil to lubricating pump timely. Do not operate the twin shaft concrete mixer without lubrication.
3.Clean the mixing drum completely. Besides, the materials in discharging door must be cleaned in time. And the remaining materials that can not be cleaned by water must be chipped away regularly.
4.The mixing blades of twin shaft concrete mixer must be adjusted weekly to prevent accidents.
